At Go Bandhu, we aim to provide reliable and transparent services to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how you can request one.
1. Service Nature
Go Bandhu provides documentation assistance services, both virtual and physical, including consultation, form-filling, application support, and doorstep assistance. Since these services involve time, effort, and operational costs, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- If the service was not delivered by Go Bandhu.
- If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical billing error.
- If the service was cancelled by Go Bandhu before it started.
- Go Bandhu will only be responsible to refund the amount which has been paid at Go Bandhu APP and website.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The service was already delivered successfully.
- Delay was caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Government fees, third-party charges, or official processing fees are involved.
- Payments made as Government fees for any service will not be refunded by Go Bandhu.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel a scheduled service before it starts to be eligible for a refund.
- Once a service has been initiated or completed, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
- Doorstep service cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled visit.
4. Refund Process

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed:
- Within 5–10 working days
- Refunded to the original mode of payment (bank, UPI, card, or wallet)
6. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Government fees
- Third-party service provider fees
- Already completed consultation fees
- Emergency or priority service fees
7. Changes to This Policy
Go Bandhu reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and app.
